While in the past, Marty meets his young parents, George and Lorraine, played by Crispin Glover and Lea Thompson. He accidentally messes up their first meeting, which puts his own future at risk. To fix what he has altered in time, Marty gets help from the younger Doc Brown. Together, they come up with a plan that involves using a lightning strike to power the DeLorean so Marty can return to 1985.
